Why we worked on this

We were introducing a new product — crypto — to an audience that, for the most part, had never invested in cryptocurrencies before.

We needed to educate users about what crypto is, how it works, and how to use it safely within Reba’s app. Without that foundation, we risked low adoption and poor user confidence.

How we solved it

We developed educational content tailored for first-time crypto users:

  1. Created short, accessible articles and videos that explained key concepts in simple terms

  2. Embedded the content inside the app, accessible in one tap, without breaking the user journey

  3. Designed the experience to feel optional but seamlessly integrated with the product flow

How the experience improved
  • 8 out of 10 users who bought crypto read at least two articles

  • 6 out of 10 users who showed intent but didn’t convert had not read any content

This showed a strong correlation between education and conversion — and reinforced the value of clear, contextual content at the right moment.
